Not the most photogenic subjects, but anyway...
Both of these were made by the owner of a newish butcher shop up the road a bit. The top one is a jalapeno cheddar bratwurst, and the bottom is a sweet Italian. I cooked them over mesquite for about 20 minutes, and they were awesome!
And this time, LC, I think the plate is appropriate for the subject.
