I've been eating a lot more whole grain foods, because they seem to help keep my energy levels up when I'm running. However, some of that stuff is just nasty tasting, IMHO. This is something I tried today. I'm thinking my opinion of it is pretty clearly expressed.
Oh, sidebar: It makes you shit good. Whole grains, that is. This stuff, dunno, since I'm pitching it.
Nothing here specifically reflects on someone unless I call them out by name. Instead, it is just a collection of stuff I think is funny, or find interesting. If you are offended, that is about you and not about me.
