So I started on my taxes about a week ago. I was super organized this year, ahead of the game clock, and 100% intent on not being at the post office on Tax day.
I wasn't getting my blood pressure up, even at the points when I'm looking at what Turbo Tax is asking me for, realizing that the 500 jillionth W-whatever-9000 form I received *doesn't* contain that **freakin** information. I was being very Zen with all of it.
95% done last Tuesday. Procrastinated after that until Sunday. Did the last 5% then, gagged at the checks I had to write, but was also happy to be done with it. And not looking forward to the trip to the post office.

Of course, it was raining like heck. I didn't think it would be a zoo the day before, but it was. I'm sitting in the left turn lane at the light, waiting to drive in, and the parking lot looked like a pissed-off fire ant hill. No place to park, 200% more cars than spaces, prowling around looking for opportunities.
As I pulled into the lot, a car *right square in front of the main walkway into the place* leaves. Insta-park! Rain also stops right as I'm getting out of my car.
I was stuck in line for a while, but a few places in front of me is:
Anyway, this might've been the *Best [T-1] Tax Day Ever*, aside from having to actually pay taxes as part of it.
