Salad: Boston leaf lettuce with the original Caesar dressing drizzled over it, and home grown tomatoes on the side. I threw in a few anchovies for accent.
Main course: That smoked pork loin.
Side dish: Yukon Gold potatoes, previously steamed in chicken broth, then cooled and shaved down into strings I subsequently pan fried as hash browns. I added some black pepper as I fried them. They were crispy and excellent.
Nothing here specifically reflects on someone unless I call them out by name. Instead, it is just a collection of stuff I think is funny, or find interesting. If you are offended, that is about you and not about me.
