Serious NM red
I found it on Amazon via Los Chileros. I had 4 lbs of the hot arrive yesterday, and I made enchiladas that would take the chrome off of a trailer hitch if they were put on it. Probably even melt the entire hitch, frame of the trailer, and leave a pool of lava behind just to make a statement.
It is from 4th St. in ABQ. And I can now personally attest to it. It is the real deal.

Gratitude
Take a kitten who has been in one of those post surgical cones for several days, and scratch her around the head and ears everywhere she can't scratch, and watch the reaction. That, my friends, is gratitude.
