Note to any New Mexican peeps in the ATL

Chuy's in the North Perimeter is now selling this season's Hatch green chili, during their "Green Chili Fest."  Per pound prices: fresh for $2.50, roasted for $3.50, roasted, chopped and cleaned for $4.50.  I am totally filling my freezer with the roasted, chopped and cleaned.

I've had their Hatch, and it is the real deal.  They have their own farms down there, or some such.
